Main Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage construction and modernization projects, including planning, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and deadline control.
- Develop and implement changes in project management processes and approaches to improve efficiency.
- Implement and develop the CIP Tracker system, and use software products to optimize reporting and manage orders and tasks.
- Collaborate with internal company departments and contractors to meet project requirements and address emerging issues.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in project management and leading project teams.
- Professional knowledge in project management, deep understanding of project management methodologies, and experience applying them in the construction and modernization of networks.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of tools for automating reporting and project management, such as CIP Tracker and Tableau.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team, as well as manage relationships with clients and contractors.
- Change and risk management skills, with the ability to identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize them.
- A project management certification is an advantage.
