Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee all initiatives aimed at developing and managing the CORE communication channel.
• Participate in cross-functional projects.
• Monitor telecom market trends and innovations in communication channel management.
• Gather input from other company functions regarding channel development needs and evaluate them for impact on company KPIs.
• Create product backlog and prioritize tasks (business value, implementation complexity, and risks).
• Lead tenders for communication channel development (supplier selection, server capacity purchases, etc.).
• Perform monthly settlements with partner CORE channels (billing, FS submission).
• Participate in cross-functional projects.

- Form hypotheses and conduct pilot projects (impact of CVM campaigns on company goals), including A/B tests and presenting results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in telecommunications.
• Project management experience with knowledge of telecom network topology (technical understanding).
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Proficient in project management and operational tools (JIRA, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level strategy discussions.
• Analytical and creative thinking.
