Technical Support Engineer
Required work experience: 1-3 years
Full-time, full day
Responsibilities include:
  • Receiving, registering, processing/executing, and routing user requests;
  • Consulting users on working with standard office software;
  • Initial installation, verification, and setup of workstations, printers, and scanners;
  • Connecting workstations to the network and troubleshooting network issues on workstations;
  • Installation, updates, and support of standard and additional applications on workstations;
  • Troubleshooting operating system issues, standard and additional applications on workstations;
  • Upgrading and installing additional equipment on workstations;
  • Supporting existing IT infrastructure (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, office equipment, etc.);
Required qualifications include:
  • Higher technical education;
  • Skills in operating and configuring complex technical systems;
  • Experience working with a wide range of IT technologies, software, and equipment, including any office equipment;
  • Knowledge of networking technologies.
