System Analyst (CVM tribe)
Required experience: 3–6 years
Full-time, regular hours
Responsibilities include:
  • Interacting with Initiator and related Company departments (clarifying requirements, consolidating requirements, systematizing and formalizing them, coordinating implementation details with stakeholders involved in development)
  • Conducting analysis and design of integration interactions between information systems
  • Analyzing business requirements and transforming them into system specifications and architecture
  • Performing system analysis of business requirements related to business process changes from the perspective of their subsequent automation, analyzing the suitability of any changes, resolving conflicts in requirements
  • Making decisions on implementing changes, assigning tasks to departments within the service involved in development by forming functional requirements/technical tasks, and issuing development orders
  • Ensuring control over the execution of tasks set for configuration
  • Documenting requirements in Confluence and managing tasks in JIRA.
Required qualifications include:
  • Experience in system analysis or software development for at least 2 years
  • Business and system analysis skills for building IT solutions
  • Knowledge of analysis tools and techniques; Knowledge of MVP principles and ability to decompose tasks correctly
  • Knowledge of basic principles of information system architecture
  • Knowledge of requirement description techniques in the form of User Stories
  • Documentation of requirements, knowledge of requirement documentation tools – Confluence/JIRA
  • Understanding of software development life cycle and basic software development methodologies
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of architectural principles for building integration solutions (REST, SOAP)
  • Data modeling and analysis: Data Flow Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Entity-Relationship Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and BPMN diagrams
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams.
