System Analyst (FMC)
Required experience: 3–6 years
Full-time, regular hours
Responsibilities include:
  • Interacting with the Initiator and related Company departments (clarifying requirements, consolidating requirements, systematizing and formalizing them, coordinating implementation details with stakeholders involved in development).
  • Conducting analysis and designing integration interactions of information systems.
  • Analyzing business requirements and transforming them into system specifications and architecture.
  • Performing system analysis of business requirements related to business process changes from the perspective of their subsequent automation, analyzing the suitability of any changes, and eliminating conflicting requirements.
  • Making decisions on implementing changes, assigning tasks to departments within the development team by forming functional requirements/technical tasks, and issuing development orders.
  • Ensuring control over the execution of tasks set for configuration.
  • Documenting requirements in Confluence and managing tasks in Jira.
Required qualifications include:
  • Experience in system analysis or software development for at least 2 years.
  • Business and system analysis skills for building IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of analysis tools and techniques; Knowledge of MVP principles and the ability to properly decompose tasks.
  • Knowledge of the basics of information systems architecture.
  • Knowledge of requirement description techniques in the form of User Stories.
  • Documenting requirements, knowledge of requirements documentation tools — Confluence/JIRA.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle and basic software development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of architectural principles for building integration solutions (REST, SOAP).
  • Data modeling and analysis: Data Flow Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Entity-Relationship Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and BPMN diagrams.
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams.
