Responsibilities include:
- Manage the activities of employees in mono-brand stores in the region.
- Plan team activities, monitor discipline, and guide staff.
- Inform staff about updates, changes in tariffs, services, and promotional activities.
- Provide timely reports on store activities to management.
- Conduct performance evaluations and handle staff training and development.
- Implement training and professional development processes for brand store employees to enhance their competencies.
- Address customer issues and prevent disputes to maintain high service levels and enhance company prestige.
- Oversee cash documentation and ensure timely cash handling according to the approved schedule.
Required qualifications include:
- Higher education
- Experience in customer service
- Team management experience for teams of 5+ people
- Strong client relationship skills and communication
- High empathy level
- Experience with databases and statistical reports
