Responsibilities include:
Leadership and management of stores – overseeing the work of employees in company-owned retail stores and dealer franchises, organizing and controlling staff work, distributing tasks and responsibilities.
Training and development of staff, employee motivation – developing and implementing motivation systems to improve employee performance. Managing personnel.
Consulting specialists in resolving conflict situations – assisting in solving complex and non-standard customer issues, handling complaints and suggestions.
Making decisions within the scope of competence on operational matters related to store operations.
Supporting effective sales in stores – sales planning, sales analysis, and marketing activities.
Conducting audits and controlling the fulfillment of merchandising requirements, product availability, and staff knowledge in dealer stores and modules in the assigned territory, followed by documenting results in the company's application.
Administrative duties, adherence to company rules and procedures – document management, control over material assets, merchandising, and the appearance of the store.
Preventing fraud situations – monitoring and analysis, staff training, interaction with the security department.
Required qualifications include:
Higher education, secondary specialized education, or incomplete higher education.
3 years of experience in sales or customer service (at least 1 year in management).
Experience working with primary accounting documentation and reporting on cash operations.
Experience working with cash and POS terminals.
Skills in building customer relationships, good communication skills.
High level of empathy.
Clear and polite speech.
Experience working with databases and statistical reports.
