Your Main Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the work of a team of specialists.
- Analyze and control sales plans in the assigned region.
- Recruit and train specialists.
- Maintain reporting.
Our Ideal Candidate should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of billing systems and telecommunications technologies.
- Experience in team management.
- Proficient in PC usage.
- Personal qualities: communicative, stress-resistant, proactive.
- Knowledge of English and Kazakh is a plus.
