Your Main Responsibilities:
Organize and manage the work of a team of specialists.
Analyze and control sales plans in the assigned region.
Recruit and train specialists.
Maintain reporting.
Our Ideal Candidate should have:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Knowledge of billing systems and telecommunications technologies.
Experience in team management.
Proficient in PC usage.
Personal qualities: communicative, stress-resistant, proactive.
Knowledge of English and Kazakh is a plus.
