Main Responsibilities:
•Complying with technical documentation and information security requirements.
•Correctly consulting and assisting clients within your authority, recording all client inquiries.
•Collaborating with other company departments.
•Monitoring the functionality of equipment and applications required for work and promptly notifying responsible personnel of any issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Secondary vocational or incomplete higher education.
•At least 1 year of experience in the technical field.
•Knowledge of terminal programs.
•Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
•Responsible, meticulous, and attentive.
•Proficient PC user (knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook).
•Clear and professional speech.
