Small B2G Development Specialist
Required work experience: 3–6 years.
Full-time, full day


Main Responsibilities:
•           Deliver fast, high-quality customer support via digital channels, available 24/7
•           Help your team meet key service KPIs while building long-term client relationships
•           Lead a small team: develop skills, encourage collaboration, and strengthen team dynamics
•           Draft responses to official letters from both individuals and legal entities
•           Support colleagues in Government Relations and Legal teams with official responses to inquiries from authorities, lawyers, and other stakeholders
•           Increase digital channel usage by automating and innovating customer service processes, as well as developing and implementing innovative projects aimed at enhancing digital customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•           At least 2 years of direct sales experience
•           Experience working on electronic trading platforms
•           Familiarity with government procurement processes is a must
