•Monitor all network elements.
•Timely localization and escalation of network incidents.
•Handle requests from the Call Center.
•Promptly resolve incidents in the transport network and network elements.
•Perform scheduled, integration, and emergency repair works jointly with other departments.
•Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
•Verify and send mass SMS alerts to the population at the request of Kazakhstan's Emergency Ministry.
•Collaborate with the operations team to verify external incidents, conduct preventative maintenance of base stations, and launch new base stations with contractors.
•Notify and interact with other mobile operators regarding incidents, emergency works, and subscriber complaints as part of the 250+ and MOCN 24/7 projects.
•Coordinate with Kazakhtelecom.
