Senior Product Manager

Full-time, full day

Main Responsibilities:
Product Development: Backlog creation, development management, business requirements preparation
•Analysis & Control: Post-product analysis, working with metrics and KPIs
•Coordination & Communication: Team collaboration, requirement alignment, employee training
•Documentation & Testing: Preparing project documentation, pre-launch testing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•3+ years of experience in telecom, banking, or fintech (commercial roles)
•1+ years of leadership experience
•Analytics & BI: KPI analysis (ASB, ASPU, Churn), experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), customer segmentation, SQL
•Product Management: Task prioritization, requirement gathering, pricing strategies, A/B testing, product lifecycle management
•Marketing & CX: CVM campaigns, Digital-first approach, UX research, personalization, monetization
•Technology: API integrations, CRM, Big Data, AI, billing, management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
•Regulations & Finance: Understanding of FAS regulations, unit economics, repricing processes, tariff management
•Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with IT, marketing, finance, government relations, and stakeholders
