•Marketing & CX: CVM campaigns, Digital-first approach, UX research, personalization, monetization
•Technology: API integrations, CRM, Big Data, AI, billing, management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
•Regulations & Finance: Understanding of FAS regulations, unit economics, repricing processes, tariff management
•Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with IT, marketing, finance, government relations, and stakeholders
