• Offer legal consultations and assistance within designated authority scopes.
• Support structural divisions in drafting and formalizing legal documents.
• Participate in the creation of legal documents and frameworks.
• Develop and update foundational corporate documents, including amendments and supplements.
• Ensure that proposed orders, instructions, regulations, and other documents comply with current legislation before executive approval.
• Monitor document approval stages, endorse documents, and issue directives for modifications or revocations in response to legislative changes.
• Determine appropriate contractual relationships, and draft, and conduct legal evaluations of contracts.
• Analyze contract proposals from counterparties and assist in resolving disagreements over contract terms.
• Handle and oversee claims and lawsuits related to assigned departments.
• Prepare legal opinions and engage in negotiations to settle disputes.
• Draft applications, petitions, and other documents necessary for obtaining licenses and permits.
• Represent the organization during inspections by regulatory authorities, ensuring adherence to procedural norms and proper documentation of inspection outcomes.
• Participate in formalizing corporate decisions made by the Management Board and other governing bodies.
