Senior Customer Service Specialist (Shymkent)
Required work experience: 3–6 years
Full-time, full day

Main Responsibilities:
•Secondary vocational or incomplete higher education;
•Experience working with primary accounting documents and cash operation reports;
•Experience handling cash and POS terminals;
•About a year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred);
•Strong relationship-building and communication skills;
•Responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail;
•Confident PC user (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook);
•Clear and professional speech.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Consulting subscribers on company services, tariffs, and promotions;
•Processing new contracts and re-contracts, number recovery, SIM card replacement, etc.;
•Selling company services and products;
•Assisting customers with product usage and service setup;
•Accepting payments and preparing reports.
