Senior Strategy Manager
Required work experience: 3–6 years
Full-time, full day

Main Responsibilities:
•           Develop and support the implementation of corporate strategy: define priorities, create initiative roadmaps, and establish tracking/reporting systems for stakeholders
•           Lead strategic reviews: prepare strategy recaps and facilitate key discussions with shareholders
•           Deep-dive into complex topics: formulate hypotheses, solve business problems, and coordinate with internal teams
•           Apply structured problem-solving: decompose issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions
•           Ensure cross-functional implementation: align initiatives with strategy and synchronize across departments
•           Track global trends: benchmark competitors, scout innovations, and guide strategic decisions
Our ideal candidate should have:
•           3+ years in strategy or management consulting
•           Strong analytical thinking and ability to quickly grasp complex issues
