Required qualifications include:
- Consult subscribers on the company's services, tariffs, and promotions.
- Manage and reregister contracts with clients, restore numbers, replace SIM cards, etc.
- Sell the company's services and products.
- Assist customers in using products and setting up services.
- Process payments and prepare reports.
Responsibilities include:
- Secondary specialized or incomplete higher education.
- Experience with primary accounting documentation and cash operations reporting.
- Experience handling cash and using POS terminals.
- At least one year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Proficiency in PC use (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
