Senior QBR Manager
Required work experience: 3–6 years
Full-time, full day
Responsibilities include:
  • Develop a roadmap for the QBR process, including goal setting, value delivery, resource allocation, and key stages with deadlines
  • Provide methodological support to teams and tribes on the QBR process: align team goals with company strategic objectives, gather necessary data and information for the QBR process
  • Effectively communicate with teams, tribes, and departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business performance
  • Prepare reports and presentations on the QBR process, including improvement recommendations.
  • Coordinate key QBR events and general meetings involving stakeholders: teams and stakeholders
  • Conduct assessment and analysis of existing business processes, identify weaknesses, bottlenecks, risk assessment, and implement advanced practices to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain a knowledge base on various business process
  • Change management: support in managing change initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new processes;
  • Define KPIs to measure effectiveness and track progress.
Required qualifications include:
  • Experience in scaling Agile, implementing transformational changes, developing and implementing innovation management processes, and launching strategy execution programs for 2 years or more
  • Project management experience in various areas with an understanding of business processes and strategies using Agile, Scrum, and OKR tools and methods, preferably QBR for 3 years or more
  • Skills in developing organizational, regulatory, and normative documents (concept, regulations, provisions, instructions)
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, form and test hypotheses
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and working with product teams
  • Knowledge of visualization and collaboration tools: Tableau, Power BI, Jira
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Experience in strategic planning and resource management in the organization.
