Senior Payroll Accountant

Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor the accuracy of payroll calculations (checks, recalculations, adjustments), taking into account the latest legislative changes.
• Provide consultations to employees regarding payroll calculations and applicable deductions.
• Issue income and deduction statements, as well as other related documents.
• Participate in internal company processes related to changes in payroll procedures.
• Handle audit requests.
• Manage settlements with employees regarding long-term deductions and corporate card reconciliations.
• Settle other accountable payments.

Our ideal candidate should have:
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory.
• Proficiency in ZUP, 1C8, and confident use of Excel.
• Knowledge of the tax and labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in payroll accounting.
• Experience in payroll calculations, tax deductions, and payroll reporting.
• Ability to work with various payroll calculation systems (NET/GROSS).
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to payroll.
• Proficiency in ZUP, 1C8, and confident use of Excel.
• Knowledge of the tax and labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in payroll accounting.
• Experience in payroll calculations, tax deductions, and payroll reporting.
• Ability to work with various payroll calculation systems (NET/GROSS).
