Senior Engineer – Network Benchmarking & Audit

Main Responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct network benchmarking and audits (via drive tests and crowdsourced data)
• Develop benchmarking project plans and scenarios
• Perform daily statistical network analysis
• Compile reports on benchmarking campaigns
• Provide analytics and action plans, follow up on implementation
• Visualize benchmarking data and insights using Tableau
• Handle regulatory notifications regarding service quality

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Technical university degree
• 3+ years’ experience in radio network planning, optimization, development, or quality control
• Deep knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR NSA/NR SA architecture
• Understanding of radio communications, antennas, and wave propagation
• Familiarity with shared radio resource models (MORAN/MOCN)
• Experience with drive test equipment and data post-processing
• Proficiency with Huawei OSS
• Python and data analysis skills
• Database handling experience
• 3+ years’ experience in radio network planning, optimization, development, or quality control
