Senior Manager for Subscriber Base Development

Responsibilities include:
  • Development and implementation of a subscriber base development strategy aimed at increasing LTV;
  • Development and control over the implementation of an operational plan of activities for subscriber base development;
  • Analysis of the subscriber base to identify specific segments and behavior patterns in order to improve the efficiency of working with the subscriber base;
  • Management and development of a team of specialists, including task setting, goal setting, and development of individual employee development plans;
  • Management of the process of developing and testing various hypotheses, calculating business cases aimed at developing the subscriber base;
  • Leadership in the development and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at key KPIs for subscriber base development;
  • Regular evaluation of the effectiveness of targeted marketing campaigns, constant optimization and improvement of the process and mechanics of campaign work;
  • Cross-functional interaction with the Data office in the development of predictive/descriptive models;
  • Leadership/participation in cross-functional company projects related to subscriber base development.
Required qualifications include:
  • More than 4 years of experience in target marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial position;
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry and CVM structures will be an advantage;
  • Experience in team management, ability to establish an effective workflow, motivate, and develop employees;
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information, experience in calculating business cases and making decisions based on data;
  • Understanding of business processes and principles of target marketing;
  • Experience in designing/launching/managing targeted campaigns;
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests and subsequent analysis of results;
  • Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
