•Deep understanding of telecommunications technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G) and experience with monitoring and analytics systems (e.g., U2020, NCE, Zabbix, Garana, Tableau).
•Optimize and automate processes to improve department efficiency, including implementation.
•Analyze large datasets, providing insights and solutions in a clear format.
•Integration and development of systems within and outside the company; support and optimization of existing scripts and in-house developments.
•Develop business processes for existing and new projects, including forming technical requirements, documenting workflows, and coordinating with technical support for system launches, integration, and migration.
•Enhance, test, and implement new functionality for monitoring systems.
