Senior Manager for Government Project Development
Required work experience: 3–6 years.


Main Responsibilities:
•           Identifying demand for the company’s products and services among government clients
•           Planning and overseeing participation in public procurement, monitoring the market, and analyzing the competitive landscape
•           Holding meetings and negotiations with existing and potential government clients
•           Researching and analyzing the needs of public sector clients in the mobile communications space
•           Coordinating upselling efforts for existing B2G clients
•           Initiating and participating in operational projects within the Corporate Sales Department
•           Supporting the launch and coordination of new services and pilot projects for government clients
•           Ensuring contract obligations are met, including managing accounts receivable
•           Contributing to the strategy development for product and service promotion, as well as tailored projects for government clients
•           Maintaining ongoing collaboration with a dedicated team of sales managers across the country
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•           At least 5 years of experience in sales
•           Proven experience working with government clients
•           Strong knowledge of public sector procurement specifics
•           Excellent communication and organizational skills
•           Understanding of trends and growth prospects in the B2B telecommunications sector.
•           Knowledge of market players, market share, trends, and historical context in the telecom sector
•           General understanding of mobile communications principles
•           Knowledge of financial planning, pricing, and marketing basics
•           Familiarity with commercial terms and agreement development
•           Goal-setting principles
•           Basic knowledge of civil law and telecom regulations (e.g., Communications Law, Mobile Service Provision Rules)
•           Experience in project management and leading cross-functional distributed teams
•           Skills in business presentations, correspondence, phone and contract negotiations
•           Proficiency in working with databases and statistical reports
