Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Secondary vocational education or incomplete higher education.
•Experience with primary accounting documents and cash transaction reporting.
•Experience handling cash and working with POS terminals.
•Around one year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
•Strong customer relationship-building skills, and communication skills.
•Responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
•Proficiency in PC usage (knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook).
•Fluent and professional speech.
Main Responsibilities:
•Consulting subscribers on company services, tariffs, and promotions.
•Processing and reissuing client contracts, restoring numbers, replacing SIM cards, etc.
•Selling company services and products.
•Assisting clients with product usage and service setup.
•Accepting payments and preparing reports.
