Sales Trainer
Required work experience:3–6 years.
Full-time, full day

Main Responsibilities:
•          Deliver sales training.
•          Evaluate training effectiveness and update programs accordingly, using testing, sales analysis, and participant feedback.
•          Develop and adapt training programs and materials aligned with company goals.
•          Monitor sales performance post-training, identify factors affecting efficiency, and adjust training plans.
•          Organize, support, and control the sales process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•          Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
•          Knowledge of employee training formats and motivation techniques.
•          Experience designing and delivering online/offline training programs.
•          High level of empathy.
•          Higher education in Economics, Management, Marketing, Advertising, Psychology, or Sociology.
