Main Responsibilities:
  • Building and managing projects for the Telemarketing and eShop groups.
  • Presenting company solutions and services over the phone, sending out company news, and informing about the company’s products and services.
  • Adhering to work standards and entering information into the database, maintaining reporting.
  • Organizing and ensuring the fulfillment of functions and projects by the Telemarketing and eShop groups.
  • Developing a forecasting and control system for meeting sales plans for the Telemarketing and eShop groups.

  • Knowledge of billing systems and telecommunications technologies.
  • Understanding of the principles of internet systems operation.
  • Skills in business correspondence and telephone negotiations.
  • Organization of work processes and report analysis.
  • Personnel management. knowledge of training and motivation methods for staff.
