• Conduct market reviews: monitor the international roaming services market, analyze and compare competitor offerings.
• Prepare and align product and supporting documentation within your area of responsibility, including:
◦ Calculating business cases for roaming and international communication products
◦ Preparing and delivering presentations on roaming and international services to your direct manager
• Fully manage relationships with roaming partners and coordinate all matters related to roaming agreements, from negotiations to final signing.
• Calculate terms for inter-operator discount deals and perform reconciliations at the end of discount periods.
• Coordinate configuration processes and perform acceptance testing by preparing acceptance testing plans, conducting Q&A sessions with TCS/Digital, and documenting the final acceptance roadmap.
• Resolve customer complaints related to roaming and international call services.
• Handle settlements with roaming partners after the expiration of discount agreements and ensure full control over subsequent payments.
• Manage the backlog and roadmap of the dedicated digital product team in areas of roaming and international products that directly impact revenue, NPS/CSI, MAU, etc., both for the company overall and for roaming in particular.
• Update SMS texts across all communication channels.
• Coordinate the work of the entire dedicated digital team on roaming and international calling issues.
