Roaming Manager
Required work experience: 1–3 years
Full-time, full day
Responsibilities include:
  • Negotiating with international telecommunications operators, coordinating commercial terms/deals for traffic exchange, searching for and attracting new partners.
  • Analysis of interconnect tariffs to reduce costs for international roaming services, as well as coordination and conclusion of agreements on special interoperator tariffs and conditions for roaming service provision.
  • Coordination and execution of work to ensure all types of testing, including precommercial testing of planned directions, testing of additional services (CAMEL, GPRS, LTE, etc.).
  • Interaction with service providers (Signaling, Roaming Hub, GRX, IPX, etc.) to ensure uninterrupted operation of international roaming services.
  • Interaction with roaming partners for timely exchange of necessary information and documentation reflecting changes or updates in administrative, technical, and billing structures.
  • Carrying out work to ensure the functionality of additional services in international roaming (Steering, signaling exchange, data clearing, packet data exchange, VoLTE, routing SMS and voice services, etc.).
  • Participation in project activities related to the provision of roaming and international interconnect services.
  • Calculation of business cases.
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • Higher education in economics, IT, or technical fields.
  • Work experience of at least 1 year in similar positions in the telecommunications field.
  • Knowledge of the principles of organization and provision of roaming services, communication standards and technologies, GSMA regulatory acts and specifications.
  • Negotiation skills, presentation skills, project management skills.
  • Ability to use computer technology, communications, and IT.
  • English language proficiency not lower than UpperIntermediate.
