Responsibilities include:
- Operate the hardware and software of Roaming services on the company's network.
- Resolve various technical issues related to the integration and operation of Roaming services software and equipment.
- Analyze quality statistical indicators, identify bottlenecks or problem areas in the network related to Roaming services software and equipment.
- Find ways and solutions to make necessary improvements without involving the software and equipment manufacturer.
- Analyze the performance of current software and equipment, and propose optimizations where possible.
- Collaborate with the equipment and software manufacturer.
- Control all configuration changes on the department's equipment.
- Participate in implementing new products on the current Roaming services functionality to address priority B2B/B2C tasks.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- In-depth knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE network architecture principles.
- Practical skills working with switches (MSC and IMS).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Windows and terminal programs.
- Good command of technical English.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the technical field is required.
