Your Main Responsibilities:
- Manage operations of branded retail stores in the region.
- Plan team activities, oversee discipline, and provide guidance to store employees.
- Inform staff about updates (e.g., tariff changes, services, promotions).
- Prepare timely reports on store operations for management.
- Conduct performance reviews with store employees.
- Organize training and professional development to enhance team competence.
- Handle customer issues, prevent claims, and ensure high service standards to strengthen the company's reputation.
- Supervise cash documentation and ensure timely cash collection as per the schedule.

- Higher or specialized secondary education.
- Experience in service-oriented industries.
- Proven track record managing teams of over five people.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- High level of empathy and client focus.
- Experience with databases and statistical reporting.
