Retail Supervisor (Astana)
Required work experience: 3–6 years
Full-time, full day

Main Responsibilities:
•          Manage the operations of mono-brand stores in your region
•          Plan team schedules, ensure discipline, guide and supervise staff
•          Communicate updates (tariff changes, services, promotions) to store employees
•          Submit timely reports on store and module performance
•          Conduct evaluation interviews with staff
•          Train and develop personnel to improve overall competence
•          Resolve customer issues, prevent complaints, and uphold company reputation
•          Oversee cash documentation and ensure timely cash collection as per schedule
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•          Higher education
•          Experience in customer service
•          Managed teams of 5+
•          Strong client relationship and communication skills
•          High empathy
•          Familiarity with databases and statistical reports
