Required work experience: 3–6 years
Full-time, full day

Main Responsibilities:
•          Oversee mono-brand store operations in the region
•          Organize teamwork, ensure discipline, and support staff performance
•          Keep employees informed about service changes and promotions
•          Report store/module activity to management
•          Conduct staff assessments
•          Lead employee training and growth
•          Handle customer concerns, avoid claims, and ensure top-level service
•          Monitor cash handling and ensure timely collections
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•          Higher education
•          Customer service experience
•          Team leadership (5+ people)
•          Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•          High emotional intelligence
•          Comfortable with databases and reports
