• Manage the operations of monobrand store employees in the region;
• Plan team activities, monitor discipline, advise and guide staff of monobrand stores in the region;
• Keep store and module staff informed of updates (changes in tariffs, services, promotions);
• Provide timely reports on store and module performance to management.
• Conduct evaluation interviews with store and module employees.
• Oversee training and professional development of monobrand store employees to enhance team competency;
• Resolve subscriber issues and prevent complaints to ensure a high level of service and strengthen the Company's reputation;
• Supervise proper completion of cash documentation and ensure timely collection per the approved schedule.
