Required work experience: 1–3 years.
Full-time, full day


Main Responsibilities:
•           Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory;
•           Oversee the implementation of motivational programs.
•           Recruit and train sales representatives;
•           Provide all necessary reports.
•           Plan team activities, monitor discipline, advise and guide employees;
•           Keep specialists informed about updates (tariff changes, service modifications, promotional campaigns);
•           Evaluate the performance of the multi-brand sales team.
•           Monitor the achievement of key goals by the multi-brand sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•           Experience in sales;
•           Experience in managing a team of sales representatives;
•           Skills in handling financial and business documentation;
•           Strong meeting organization and negotiation skills;
•           Experience in conducting training;
•           Personal qualities: openness, strong result orientation, stress resistance, self-awareness, and ability to react quickly.
