Main Responsibilities:
•Managing the regional office, overseeing sales plans and customer service quality metrics.
•Developing and implementing a regional growth strategy tailored to market specifics and competition.
•Leading the team, setting goals, monitoring progress, and training employees.
•Driving sales growth and increasing market share in the region.
•Partnering with dealers and expanding the partner network.
•Ensuring excellent customer service and improving client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Experience in telecommunications in managerial roles, with knowledge of telecom products and services.
•Strong strategic planning and operational management skills.
•Proven ability to lead teams, recruit, motivate, and develop staff.
•Understanding of key business processes, including sales, customer service, and partner network development.
•Experience in analytics and reporting, with the ability to draw insights and optimize processes based on data.
