Responsibilities include:
- Develop schedules for site searches, construction, and modernization within the department's area of responsibility. Prepare reports on departmental activities.
- Monitor the status of site searches, construction, and modernization, updating information resources and planned completion dates based on current statuses.
- Define the required scope of work, organize timely orders with contractors for design, surveying, and construction works.
- Organize acceptance of contractors' completed works, ensuring compliance with project and asbuilt documentation.
- Upload lease agreements to the information systems of "MTS" LLP, ensure timely approvals, and justify nonstandard agreement conditions when necessary.
Required qualifications include:
- Higher technical education.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in telecommunications or construction.
- Experience managing teams and remote branches.
- Knowledge of construction principles, power supply standards, and regulations (SNiP, PTE, PTB).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD, and 1C.
