• 3+ years in telecommunications (preferably in product management roles).
• Knowledge of pricing principles for tariffs and products.
• Understanding of the telecom market, competitors, and trends.
• Data analysis skills, and experience with BI tools (Tableau, SQL a plus).
• Experience in product and tariff launches.
• Knowledge of marketing, sales, and customer experience (Customer Journey).
• Financial modeling and KPI understanding (ARPU, Churn, etc.).
• Cross-functional collaboration skills (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
