Your Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and control product implementation, including technical execution and subsequent support.
- Prepare and approve project documentation for product launch or changes, including businessfunctional requirements, business cases, procedures, and instructions.
- Develop detailed interaction logic between the product and the client: create CJM, develop notifications, compatibility matrices, management and promotion channels.
- Create materials for launching strategic initiatives (briefs, ISM, UIVR, SMS campaigns, etc.).
- Conduct market analysis and monitoring, including competitor analysis, foreign experience, target segment needs, and commercial indicators.
- Effectively collaborate with technical service and billing specialists during project execution.
- Perform endtoend testing of products before commercial launch.
- Manage product portfolio, pricing, and promotion.
- Organize and participate in working groups to develop optimal technical and financial solutions for new products.
- Prepare regular reports for management on work results.
Our Ideal Candidate should have:
- Higher education (economics, marketing, analytics, technical fields).
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial departments related to product creation and development in telecommunications, IT, or fintech companies.
- At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications or IT product pricing.
- Practical experience in launching and managing products/services and participating in their launch projects.
