Procurement and Contracts Manager
Required Work Experience: 3–6 years

Almaty
Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting procurements in ISSEZ (information system of JSC "Samruk Kazyna" ensuring electronic procurements).
  • Providing informational support for the procurement process in ISSEZ from application submission to contract conclusion.
  • Providing consultative assistance on working in ISSEZ to internal customers.
  • Concluding contracts based on the results of procurements in ISSEZ and in 1C.
  • Monitoring the signing deadlines of documents in ISSEZ.
  • Providing information on procurement issues received from suppliers and/or the authorized body for their procurement categories.
  • Managing claims work.
  • Preparing regular reports on procurement issues.
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement.
  • Knowledge of the Samruk portal.
  • Skills in negotiation, project management, and conducting presentations and training sessions.
  • Good communication skills and articulate speech.
  • Proficiency in programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 1C, Outlook, etc.
