Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Higher technical education.
•At least 3 years of experience in climate systems and air conditioning.
•Experience in the installation and maintenance of climate systems and air conditioners.
•Knowledge of PUE, PTE, and other technical documentation.
•Personal qualities: responsibility, punctuality, diligence, and teamwork skills.

Main Responsibilities:
•Ensure uninterrupted operation and proper maintenance of air conditioning and climate systems.
•Resolve emergencies and oversee timely and quality repairs of climate systems.
•Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work on climate systems.
•Collaborate with contractors, ensuring timely completion of their tasks.
•Prepare necessary materials for contract agreements on the repair and maintenance of climate systems.
•Inspect and approve completed maintenance and emergency repair works.
•Analyze the condition of climate systems, and develop technical specifications for procurement and upgrades.
•Maintain adequate spare parts inventory for climate systems.
•Draft and manage the budget for climate system upgrades.
