Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and enhance customer service through digital channels.
• Attract new key and national partners for collaboration.
• Organize effective interactions between companies to expand business opportunities and increase sales.
• Draft technical specifications for new projects, prepare tender documentation, business cases, commercial proposals, and coordinate terms and contract drafts.
• Oversee the operation of hardware-software systems via remote monitoring, ensure regular automated software updates, and maintain compliance with SLA requirements.
• Manage and update information displayed on hardware-software systems to ensure relevance.
• Update, refine, and approve web designs, audio files, and user interface menu content.
• Monitor payment acceptance systems in hardware-software complexes and improve payment convenience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Higher education (preferably in marketing).
• Experience in managing and developing an online store.
