Supervisor of Outbound Contact Center (Telemarketing)

Your Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor the performance of the outbound call group: track KPI achievement, service quality, and adherence to labor discipline.
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates for the call group, provide training, and offer mentorship.
• Control the quality of work: listen to calls, identify discrepancies, and organize additional training.
• Develop and implement methods to increase the conversion rate of the group.
• Write sales scripts, understand techniques and methods for script development, and handle objections effectively.
• Handle complaints and claims related to sales.
• Develop and implement motivational activities for the call group.
• Optimize and automate processes to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Coordinate the department's work in collaboration with other teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• At least 1 year of experience in the telecom industry.
• Knowledge of scriptwriting techniques and the ability to handle objections.
• Understanding of dialogue structure for both cold and warm calls.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
