OMNI Channel Policy Manager
Required work experience: 1–3 years
Full-time, full day
Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and building reports in BI (we use Tableau).
  • Collecting and preparing data in databases.
  • Conducting AdHoc analyses on upsell and churn.
  • Analyzing campaign effects.
  • Conducting A/B tests.
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • Education: Higher/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle, Clickhouse).
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Apache Superset).
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Python (Pandas, Scipy, Numpy, Scikitlearn).
  • Willingness to take responsibility for and lead a project.
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests and knowledge of basic statistics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Customer Value Management (CVM).
  • Experience in telecommunications.
  • Ability to work with Airflow.
