Required work experience: 6+ years Full-time, full day Almaty city
Responsibilities include:
Efficiently manage network construction and modernization projects, including planning, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and deadline control.
Develop and implement changes in project management processes to improve efficiency.
Implement and enhance the CIP Tracker system, utilizing software tools to optimize reporting and order management.
Collaborate with internal departments and contractors to meet project requirements and resolve issues.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Required qualifications include:
At least 3 years of experience in project management and leading project teams.
Professional expertise in project management methodologies, with practical experience in network construction and modernization.
Strong analytical skills, data analysis capabilities, and risk assessment proficiency.
Knowledge of tools for project automation, such as CIP Tracker and Tableau.
Effective communication skills, teamwork abilities, and relationship management with clients and contractors.
Change and risk management experience, with the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Project management certification is a plus.
