Responsibilities include:
- Efficiently manage network construction and modernization projects, including planning, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and deadline control.
- Develop and implement changes in project management processes to improve efficiency.
- Implement and enhance the CIP Tracker system, utilizing software tools to optimize reporting and order management.
- Collaborate with internal departments and contractors to meet project requirements and resolve issues.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Required qualifications include:
- At least 3 years of experience in project management and leading project teams.
- Professional expertise in project management methodologies, with practical experience in network construction and modernization.
- Strong analytical skills, data analysis capabilities, and risk assessment proficiency.
- Knowledge of tools for project automation, such as CIP Tracker and Tableau.
- Effective communication skills, teamwork abilities, and relationship management with clients and contractors.
- Change and risk management experience, with the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Project management certification is a plus.
