Middle System Analyst (Platform)

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify business needs: gather, shape, and optimize business requirements.
  • Conduct technical analysis of business requirements, identifying necessary changes in Digital and related systems.
  • Design technical solutions required to implement business requirements.
  • Document technical requirements and design solutions for the development team in Confluence.
  • Align requirements with the team and external departments.
  • Support the development team during the implementation process.
  • Participate in test case preparation and testing.
  • Prepare technical documentation.
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • Knowledge of architectural design patterns for IT solutions (service-oriented, microservice, event-driven, monolithic, etc.).
  • Skills in designing REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
  • Experience in business and system analysis for IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of analysis techniques and the ability to systematize, decompose, and identify relationships.
  • Experience with diagramming notations (BPMN/UML or similar).
  • Proficient in tools like Confluence/JIRA, Postman, Swagger, and Git.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and major methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX.
  • Ability to think critically and systemically.
