Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Initiator and related Company departments (clarifying requirements, consolidating and systematizing them, formalizing, and coordinating implementation details with the development participants).
- Analyze and design the integration of information systems.
- Transform business requirements into specifications and system architecture.
- Perform system analysis of business requirements related to business process changes for future automation, assess the feasibility of changes, and resolve requirement inconsistencies.
- Make decisions on implementing changes, and assign tasks to internal departments involved in development by forming functional/technical requirements and issuing development orders.
- Monitor the implementation of configuration tasks.
- Document requirements in Confluence and manage tasks in Jira.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis or software development.
- Strong skills in business and systems analysis for building IT solutions.
- Knowledge of analysis tools and techniques; understanding of MVP principles and task decomposition.
- Understanding of information systems architecture basics.
- Familiarity with techniques for describing requirements using User Stories.
- Experience documenting requirements using tools like Confluence/JIRA.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and core development methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with architectural principles for building integration solutions (REST, SOAP).
- Proficiency in data modeling and analysis: Data Flow Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Entity-Relationship Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and BPMN diagrams.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams.
