Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies to optimize customer base management.
- Analyze complex data, interpret results, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and formulate analytical queries.
- Design and implement advanced data analysis methods, including machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Handle confidential subscriber information responsibly.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficient in SQL and experienced in large, complex databases.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Python programming expertise for data analysis.
- Experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
- Telecom industry experience and knowledge of customer database specifics are preferred.
