Main Responsibilities:
•Participate in the development of the annual marketing communication strategy and additional business-requested communication strategies.
•Lead the development and management of the marketing activity calendar.
•Support the company's marketing products and directions.
•Participate in cross-functional projects to address business challenges.
•Coordinate the execution of the marketing plan.
Analyze briefs for advertising campaigns and assess their effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Higher education in marketing, economics, or finance.
•Proven experience in international FMCG companies, telecom, or banks.
•Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Flash is preferred.
•Short- and long-term planning, economic efficiency analysis, and coordination and control of marketing activities.
•Analytical mindset.
•Skills in managing cross-functional teams.
