Your Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in developing and implementing strategies for onboarding and engaging new subscribers to increase their LTV (Lifetime Value).
- Create and execute operational plans for onboarding and developing new subscribers.
- Develop automated microsegmentation and real time scenarios in your area of responsibility.
- Design and test hypotheses and calculate business cases aimed at improving LTV.
- Monitor and analyze the results of targeted marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate and scale successful campaigns based on A/B testing results.
- Assess and build customer experience during the planning of targeted marketing campaigns, integrating them into a unified omnichannel system.
- Collaborate with other departments on onboarding and subscriber development processes.
Our Ideal Candidate should have:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or project management, preferably in CVM, e-commerce, or digital.
- Experience in developing and implementing onboarding programs is a plus.
- Proficient in designing, launching, and managing targeted campaigns.
- Expertise in project management.
- Skilled in conducting A/B testing and analyzing results.
- Ability to calculate business cases and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in handling large datasets in Excel; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken English is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and stress resilience.
