Omnichannel Policy Manager for CVM Service

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the owner of all initiatives related to the development and management of inbound communication channels ("Inbound IVR," "Inbound Call Center," and "Dealer PRO"). Participate in cross-functional projects.
• Develop and maintain a product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value, implementation complexity, and risks to achieve the company's strategic goals.
• Serve as the primary business owner, responsible for creating, acquiring, and improving channel functionality using insights about each subscriber.
• Oversee the efficient scaling of CVM mass activities within inbound channels, planning and executing their quantitative and qualitative development.
• Generate hypotheses and conduct pilot projects to test their impact on the company’s strategic goals. Conduct A/B testing and present findings.
• Manage budget planning, including bonus payouts for operators within inbound channels under your responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Project management experience, with an understanding of cellular operator network topology/architecture (technical knowledge is an advantage).
• Experience working in an Agile development environment (project/product/solution lifecycle management).
• Proficiency with project and operational tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying strategies and solutions to leadership.
• Analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Familiarity with BI tools and SQL knowledge is a plus, as is experience with Tableau.
