Target Marketing Tools Development Manager

Your main responsibilities:
  • Implement and develop target marketing systems, including architecture, business, and systems analysis.
  • Automation of target marketing processes.
  • Establishment of internal and external processes related to system operations.
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • Higher education (marketing, cybernetics).
  • Knowledge of theoretical fundamentals of database construction, including NO SQL databases, data warehousing principles (dimensions, facts, cubes, transformations, logical data model, etc.).
  • Understanding of Campaign Management, Data Mining, and BI systems.
  • Understanding target marketing principles and automation of campaign management and subscriber communication processes.
  • Understanding of billing system principles.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledge of mathematical-statistical analysis methods is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, initiative, responsibility, thoughtfulness.
  • Preferably, knowledge in the telecom industry (work with telecom operators).
  • Participation as a change manager or business analyst in projects implementing and supporting target marketing systems for large companies.
  • Experience in target marketing is advantageous.
  • Experience in business analysis and business process reengineering.
  • Experience in cross-functional projects consolidating and unifying requirements for implementing new functionality and developing data sources.
  • Experience in creating business cases (advantage).
  • Experience in building data marts.
  • Experience in preparing instructions and descriptions of calculation algorithms, business processes.
  • Experience in automating business processes, system integration.
  • Proficiency in written/spoken English is highly desirable.
  • Communicativeness, adaptability, stress tolerance.
